Yesterday I made Kek Batik. Ni kes pergi pasar malam haritu then ternampak kek batik lalu teruja nak beli tapi bila dah dekat sepotong harga RM1. Sepotong kecil nauzubillah ye adik-adik.
So I decided to make one. Google the recipe and pesan dekat husband utk beli barang. Tapi sudahnya diheret aku sama ke Mydin mencari barang. Haihh.
My kek batik end up like a 1 hard stone with overly loaded too much too sweet caramel with biscuits. Haha.
Coklat tak jadi. Jadi macam karamel pulak. Terlalu likat, maybe api kuat sangat so butter dengan susu plus choc powder tu jadi terlalu bersatu dan terlalu berkasih sayang dalam periuk tu. Masa gaul all the ingredients pun dah rasa likat dah tapi dah memang dasar degil kepala batu kepala angin, redah je tak ikut instruction.
I guess my kek batik will be a food that has longest period exist in the chiller.
Tapi sedap jugak kunyah kunyah sambil tengok movie. :)
