Last week ke pasar tani. Orang dekat sini panggil market.

Aku: Yes, pergi pasar tani. Murah sikit barang basah.

Husband: Bukan pasar lah, Market.

Aku: *jeling* whatever...

Penat si husband suruh aku belajar cakap utara so that bila beli barang orang tak boleh tipu. Sebab loghat aku tak menunjukkan aku orang sini. Aku malas la nak prektis bagai. Nanti la dah 5 6 bulan dah blend in, boleh je auto tukar loghat utara. Disebabkan aku bebal gila dengar husband banyak kali suruh cakap loghat utara, aku jawab lah balik.

"Nak tipu, tipulah. Jumpa nanti dekat akhirat. Pasal loghat pun nak main harga ke?"

Hamek kau.

Yesterday I made Kek Batik. Ni kes pergi pasar malam haritu then ternampak kek batik lalu teruja nak beli tapi bila dah dekat sepotong harga RM1. Sepotong kecil nauzubillah ye adik-adik.

So I decided to make one. Google the recipe and pesan dekat husband utk beli barang. Tapi sudahnya diheret aku sama ke Mydin mencari barang. Haihh.

My kek batik end up  like a 1 hard stone with overly loaded too much too sweet caramel with biscuits. Haha.

Coklat tak jadi. Jadi macam karamel pulak. Terlalu likat, maybe api kuat sangat so butter dengan susu plus choc powder tu jadi terlalu bersatu dan terlalu berkasih sayang dalam periuk tu. Masa gaul all the ingredients pun dah rasa likat dah tapi dah memang dasar degil kepala batu kepala angin, redah je tak ikut instruction.

I guess my kek batik will be a food that has longest period exist in the chiller.

Tapi sedap jugak kunyah kunyah sambil tengok movie. :)

It's been 8 days since I am married. Alhamdulillah. So far life as a wife; amazing.

We did little things together. Get sulk if one of us performing solat without asking if the other partner already performing the solat. It's always me by the way. Haha.

My cooking skills improving, though. Sikit tapi puas.
Get a credit for my cooking. Paling puas.

Kebiasaan pasangan baru berkahwin akan menikmati manis setiap masa, setiap perbuatan. Semoga rasa ini terus berpanjangan dan berkekalan. Bahtera yang dibawa laut tak selalunya tenang, kadang kala badai dan ribut pasti berkunjung. Semoga Allah merahmati kami suami isteri. Aminnn...

I just made 1 drastic decision tonight. I told him to not to call me or even text me for a small matters. But big and urgent matters are allowed especially regarding our wedding.

He said "okay, let's do this. Are you ready?"

I'm so glad and so grateful for this. I pray nothing but the smoothness of the journey of an absolute different life in this coming December.

10 days left before our big day and I think this should be our mark to start appreciate the absence of each other. In the good way, I mean.

Oh it's 12 am now. 9 days left.
